Product is perfect. Be aware that you run the risk of receiving broken sharpening stones, as it happened to me. Supplier refused to send me replacements one. I received two broken stones. They proposed discount. You must consider that you need all the sharpening stones of different grits to shapen different knives.

Just got it this morning I put together it was easy play around with it with an old knife. Got the hang of it I got one of our good knifes and went at it, first time using something like this I finished and did the paper test and it sliced right thru the paper. I highly recommend it. Thanks a lot found something easier to sharpen knifes with. And delivery was right on time.

This is a neat little tool. I made a jig for mine so I can sharpen my carving chisels. Wood carvers will need to make some adjustments to reach the low angle of carving knives. The tool is very sturdy, all aluminum, and looks like it may last for a while. Since I will not use the 120 grit stone I glued leather to it to make a strop.

I followed advice from other reviewers here, getting different stones and building a stand instead of just using the clamp and am quite happy with it. Got some really nice results on a bunch of knives.

This is a really good base sharpener and made of great quality materials that will last no cheap plastic only thing that makes me not give all 5 stars is the stones are not the greatest quality but they still work but I recommend buying a different of stones to use with this sharpener

Needed something to sharpen my kitchen knives. this worked perfect. The stones are not the greatest but worked for what I needed them to do. Assembly and setup are easy. you can use your phone to find the angle you need.

It is a very sturdy well made and a fantastically functioning sharpener. I was able to re-profile an old pocket knife and put a razor sharp shaving edge on it in about 30 minutes. I would recommend this to everyone that has trouble free hand sharpening. Small pocket knives especially are easily sharpened on this device.

This is a fantastic sharpener. But keep in mind that you must spend the appropriate amount of time with each grit level in order to get a clean and sharp edge. I promise that anyone that says they could not get a sharp knife it is absolutely user error.

So far this sharpener has blown away all of my exceptions. It is seems extremely well built and sturdy and very little wobbliness. I have already sharpened 3 knifes to try it out and it creates a flawless razor edge. It has the full range of stones to cover any sharpening job. It is best to use a sponge to clean and hydrate the stone every few passes when doing the final polishing.

Finding the right angle took a bit longer than anticipated. Once found, however, the product works great! The lock keeps the angle once you have found it for easy setup next time. My knives have never been sharper.

For the price, I am really pleased with this product. After the initial set up it is easy to use. Sharpening your knives is a process. The stones need to be cleaned (wiped off) after every other pass. The knives I sharpened are like razors.

Extremely easy to set up and start using in about 5 minutes. Well designed and manufactured and I love using it. I recommend having a small squirter bottle of water to keep the stones and knife wet. The instructions are well written and clear to understand. There is an app on the Google play store of the same name that gives you access to a digital level using your phone, as well as an angle calculator for specific knives.
